Chapter 6: Starting Your Website and Choosing Platforms To Post Your Content On (Marketing)

Updated: 6 days ago

ree

Now that you know more about your brand and have chosen your username we can explore how to share and monetize your work, from mainstream freelance platforms to adult-specific spaces like Reddit, Fansly, and Patreon. You'll learn how to build an audience and manage your visibility across various communities

Put yourself out there where it counts

So you've got the voice, the persona, the stage name and the brand... Now what? It’s time to find your audience and start sharing your work with the world! This chapter will walk you through the platforms where erotic voice actors can build, grow, and monetize their presence (both mainstream and adult-specific). You'll also learn how to manage your visibility and stay in control of how and where your content lives

Starting Your Own Website – Your Erotic Voice HQ

Once you’ve figured out the basics of your brand, you’ll want to make a "home for your voice" to keep control of your content

When creating content online, one thing is very clear: platforms will come and go. Reddit can shadowban, OnlyFans can glitch, and even Patreon can unexpectedly crack down on content. Back in 2024 Gumroad (a popular site that allows creators to have a storefront) made a decision to ban NSFW content sales from their platform and NSFW creators were left scrambling to find a new place to host their paid content. Something similar recently happened with a website called itch.io - The Terms and Service for these sites can change at any time, which is why you will need a reliable home for sharing links to your content

Having your own website (your digital home base) is one of the smartest things you can do as a creator

A website gives you control, credibility, and a centralized place for fans and clients to find you, no matter where else you’re posting. It doesn’t need to be anything fancy, it just needs to be yours

🌐 Why You Need a Website

One link to rule them all – Instead of juggling 5 different platform URLs to all the places you shared an audio - just share one link to your website. You want your audience to have an easy way to find all your content online, so this is where you’ll share the links. This also helps protect you from scammers online that may try to create accounts to pose as you. If a platform is not linked directly from your website; your audience can be sure it's not one you are actively using Platform-proofing – If a social site decides to ban NSFW or you accidentally have a TOS violation and a platform kicks you off the site - your home base website still stands. There will be no confusion for your fans on where to find you next. This creates “job security” in a sense Professionalism – Custom domains make you look legit (even if you’re totally anonymous)

Think of your website as your safe little voice palace - You’re the landlord, not a tenant

Good Website Builders for Voice Creators

You don’t need to be a tech wizard to figure this one out. There are some website builders that make it drag-and-drop easy.  Remember; at the start you want to KISS! Keep It Simple, Stupid. Your website won't be complex in the beginning; it's just where you’ll share links to the other platforms you are using online. Over time you can add to it and it will grow organically. You will want to focus on your website as your main hub - make it your main priority and always link back to it when you are able (I will be reminding you to do this a lot, its kinda the whole point) Some good platforms for hosting your website are; Carrd or Linktree - Easy and minimal Wix - Fun for creators who want a more customizable option, but don't have a lot of website building knowledge. I have used wix and I really enjoy it but its better to pay for some extra features. You dont need to pay for a website if you are just starting out, but you may want to in the future Wordpress - Fully customizable and for people who are more comfortable with html and web design (AKA Not me, I prefer an easy website builder like Wix) **Note; you will not be taking payments for audios through your website - it is merely a place to gather all the links and details about your content and where your audience can support you online. Becoming your own payment processor is very complicated, especially when it comes to taking payments for erotic content. You will want to use another site to sell your content through, having someone else handle the payment processing side is worth the fees and keeps you focused on the most important part; creating the content

What to Include on Your Site?

If you are just starting; less is more. Ideally, you will want to use your "username" as the domain name for the site; like mine BrittanyBabbles.com

Here’s a clean and effective setup:

🏠 A Home Page

Your landing page should have a sexy or warm welcome in your persona's tone with a short intro about who you are, what you offer. A professional-looking image or graphic (even if it's not your face)

🔊 A Page for Your Content Masterlist

A page with the title, description and links to your available audios. I call this my “masterlist” and I’ve set it up as a table on my website. The masterlist should be a free list for people to access at any time so they can scroll through and search your library of content (this is where you'll post links to both your free and paid content) I recommend not posting full audios directly to your website; instead link them to where they’re being hosted on other sites. This will help you in the “marketing” department. You want to be posting audios in places that will help you get views which will in turn market you and your website. You’re going to be directing the audience from your audios posted on other platforms to your website, and you can use your website to promote your sites for paid content. A lot of times the sites for sharing free audios do not want you to advertise your paid content. You can get around this by always linking back to your website, and through your site people will find your paid content The main place you should host your free audio content is on Soundgasm. Through my experience this is the place with the least amount of restrictions when it comes to content policing. Ive never had content removed from there. You will want to make the soundgasm post "private". When uploading, check the box that says "Private (Do not show publicly.)" next to it. This means the listeners will need to get the link through your website to access this audio. This will help you drive traffic through your site. You will also use the soundgasm link to post on reddit. When you publish an audio on Soundgasm - make sure to add a catchy title, description and all the tags for the themes included in the audio you are uploading! Dont forget to tell the audience who the writer was (even if it was just you!) Be as accurate as possible. Always link back to your website in the soundgasm description too! If you know HTML, you can modify your text post on soundgasm - but im not the best with it, so I'll insert the one I use the most when I post to soundgasm TO SHARE A LINK: EXAMPLE: <a href="https://www.brittanybabbles.com"> Visit my website to find my audio masterlist! Click here! </a> COPY/PASTE INTO YOUR POST AND FILL IN YOUR LINK AND DESCRIPTION: <a href=" INSERT YOUR LINK HERE "> INSERT YOUR LINK DESCRIPTION HERE </a> You can use that formula for multiple links in one post if you'd like, but you mainly want to direct traffic back to your own website Then - On your own website; you will make a post on your masterlink table with the title of the audio, the tags and summary of the audio, with the soundgasm link.  When you start sharing content on other platforms, like Pornhub or ManyVids etc - you will add the link to your website to make your audio masterlist easy for people to find. Make sure you ALWAYS LABEL your content! Include as many relevant tags as you can; Kissing, Romantic, Handjob, Blowjob, JOI, FDom, F4M (Female For Male), M4F (Male For Female), F4F etc - the more accurate you can be, the better. This is so your audience knows what to expect from the audio you are sharing, and can search the tags for audios they like! Dont forget a short playful summary of your story too

💸 A Page to Outline Your Commission Terms (Optional)

You don’t need to do this right away, and I actually recommend you hold off on doing custom commissions until you have a workflow in place and are comfortable making content on your set schedule BUT - When you are ready, you can add a page to your website with your terms for hiring you to make a custom audio piece. You can include things like if the listener is to provide a script of if you will write it for them (for an additional cost of course) - they could even hire a writer if they want to (we will go over writing scripts/hiring a writer in another chapter)

You’ll also want to be clear about your limitations - What you do/don’t offer, your turnaround time and pricing. The payment methods you offer (If you choose to use PayPal or Ko-fi, they come with risks. Never mention or link to your NSFW content through those sites. Keep all your work separate and label it as “voice acting services” - if you do this, you will most likely not have a problem accepting payments through them but use them with caution) Provide an email for the commission inquiries (make sure you are using your business email for privacy)

🌐 A page with all Your Official Links / Platforms You Use

You should make it easy for your audience to find you across the web; you’ll want a page with icons or buttons to all your active profiles (make sure you are only sharing platforms you are active on) Examples of platforms you can link/share erotic audio content on; Reddit, Newgrounds, Twitter/X, OnlyFans, Fansly, Patreon, Discord, Clips4Sale, ManyVids, Literotica (we will discuss some of these platforms and their pros and cons next)

Where To Post My Erotic Audios?

Before diving into platforms, ask yourself: Are you doing this for fun, for profit, or both?

Your answer will shape where and how you show up online. There’s no one “right” path; just the one that fits you. Everyone will have their own unique journey in this space, but I believe that being consistent is the main key to success in online content creation.

Don't forget; “If you show up for them (the audience) they'll show up for you! It will just take time and consistent effort to turn this into a job you can do full time. So if you are serious about growing a fan base and you want to monetize your work - you need to stay consistent. Start small, don't take on too many platforms at once. Your brand and audience will grow over time as your content library grows. The more audios you release, the more opportunities people have to find you Before taking on a platform, Ask yourself: Will you be able to keep a consistent schedule when posting on (enter the website you choose to start posting on)? If the answer is no, then you should not add the site to your current workload. Keep it small and manageable at first, you want to build trust and a schedule with your audience

Of course if you are just doing this for fun, as a hobby - who cares about any of this stuff. Just enjoy yourself and post whenever you feel like it, wherever you feel like it!

🔞Adult-Friendly Content Platforms to Share Your Content

For content monetization; I believe in a 1 to 1 ratio for releasing content.

If you release 1 free piece of content, you should also be putting 1 up for sale on an exclusive site. Think of the free content like a “sample” for the listener. Something that’ll get them hooked on you. No I don't mean a sample of something you have for sale (but yes you can post those too with a link back to your website). I mean you should be posting free, full length audios.

This is your marketing tool. Full length releases will have a better chance of gaining views and potentially going viral. Views are good for converting people into customers! You want to get the audience hooked on you. You can’t expect to sell FemDom audios if you don't have some full length audios out for free for people to sample! And when I say a free piece of content, I mean a full length release, the same quality you'd release in a paid piece. Something so people can experience what you do before they invest in you as a creator. Think of it like your portfolio for your audience. You’ll get better results if you give out some full free length content while also making ones with similar themes available in your online shop. 1 Free piece of FemDom content, 1 piece of FemDom content posted as an exclusive in your online shop (we will discuss platforms to sell erotic audios on soon!)

🎯 Realistic Expectations

For online sales, the normal conversion rate (turning a view into a paying customer) is between 0.5% to 2%. This is the average range for online storefronts, the lower side for those without a big brand, optimized funnel, or niche authority.

Keep in mind; Even 2% means 98 out of 100 people don’t buy. More views will help you achieve more sales, which is why you will want to eventually expand to posting regularly on as many platforms as possible. However, at first, you want to focus on building trust with your audience, so don't expand too quickly. Only take on platforms when you can be consistent with them. If you are just starting out, even a 0.5% conversion rate is a win! With time, branding and trust 2–5% is achievable. Top performers in niche or luxury markets can go beyond 5% but that takes serious brand authority, and fanbase loyalty which takes time to build up

These are some of the major spaces where erotic voice actors thrive:

Please Note: It's important to do your research and read the specific platform TOS before starting to share content there. Each platform will have their own rules on what content they allow. Overall; if you are creating content that has illegal themes, it most likely won't be allowed. This will be different and specific for every platform and it's up to you to determine if your content will or won't be allowed there

📣 Reddit

This place is a goldmine for sharing audios, finding scripts and building a community. You will want to prioritize getting your website setup with your masterlist, start posting your content to soundgasm, and then start sharing these audios (soundgasm links) to GoneWildAudio or other communities focused on erotic audios. Make sure you review each subreddits rules, you will need to verify yourself as a creator first and every subreddit is slightly different. I also recommend creating your own subreddit where you can build a fanbase. This way, you can link back to your subreddit when you post to these audio communities. You can't directly advertise in subreddits that aren't your own, but you can tag your own subreddit and tell people to check it out - which I guess is kind of a work around? You can send people to your own subreddit and the ones who enjoy you will often follow it - then you can advertise your paid content to your own community. This community will grow overtime with your consistent posting schedule. This helps you collect followers who are specifically looking for content from YOU which will benefit you a lot in the future!

Subreddits like r/GoneWildAudio, r/FreeAudioPorn, and the less kinky; r/VanillaAudio allow creators to post content and receive feedback or requests. But remember; no direct advertising here; just link back to your own subreddit in your post! You will need to use an audio hosting site (soundgasm) to share your audios to various subreddits. Dont forget to link your website in your soundgasm post!

Reddit's Pros: Free, high exposure, instant audience, personal subreddit for advertising to an audience you personally cultivate Reddit's Cons: Strict subreddit rules, lots of trolls; requires strong boundaries I prefer soundgasm but people also use hotaudio or whip.it

🎮 Newgrounds

This is a surprisingly strong platform for adult voice actors. Usually when I mention “Newgrounds” to someone they say “That website is still around?!” And yes, yes it is. Newgrounds has a long-standing creative community that embraces all kinds of artists, including erotic voice performers. While it’s known for animation and games, there’s a growing niche for NSFW audio, especially fantasy roleplay, audio erotica, and kink-friendly storytelling.

It’s also one of the few platforms that allows explicit content with minimal censorship (in my experience) and it comes with a built-in audience hungry for unique, creative adult work. Newgrounds functions more like a portfolio than a social platform. You can upload your audios directly and tag them for visibility. The more content you post, the more exposure you’ll get over time

🔗 Always link back to your website in your profile and audio descriptions. While you can’t directly monetize on Newgrounds, you can funnel listeners to your paid pages and grow a loyal following

Newgrounds Pros: Free hosting with good tagging system and visibility,  Creators are respected, Feels like a “home” for voice actors and storytellers Newgrounds Cons: No direct monetization (must link elsewhere - but thats okay because you’ll always link back to your website) Slower to grow than Reddit but still worth the effort in my opinion

Tagging goes a long way on all of these platforms, make sure to tag your content accurately (#eroticaudio, #femdom, #roleplay, #joi etc) You dont need to engage with other creators and respond to comments but doing so will help you stay visible on the platform. Its up to you how you decide to interact with your audience

🐦 X (Formerly Twitter)

I find X to be one of the most useful sites for networking, building a brand, and promoting your content. While it’s not built for hosting audio, it is where you can grow a loyal fanbase and funnel traffic to your website

X is a great place for posting spicy one-liners, character intros, or teasing new audios - you can pin a link to your website to your profile

It’s also where a lot of people hang out looking for new creators! It’s common for followers to share and repost audio creators they enjoy. With smart posting and consistent engagement, your reach can grow fast

Tip: Keep your bio's clear and consistent across platforms with a link back to your website. On X make a pinned post with links to your website, and use 2 or 3 relevant hashtags on posts like #eroticaudio, #NSFWaudio, #FemdomAudio etc. to get discovered

X Pros: Easy to network and be discovered, Great for sharing site links, and commission info, teases, character blurbs, and updates. Good for finding commission work X Cons: Elon Musk, Shadowbanning and post visibility issues for NSFW content,  Can feel overwhelming or fast-paced, you must manage boundaries and stay professional; DMs can get weird sometimes

Boundary Tips: Keep your DMs open only if you want to, You dont owe anyone a response. But if you are taking commission requests send them to view the details through your website and use a specific email address for commissions to keep things organized and low-stress

🎥 Pornhub (Earn Money Through the Model Program)

Even though its banned in some places, PornHub can be a powerful tool for increasing your visibility and building long-term traffic to your website. While PornHub is primarily video-based, many voice actors pair their erotic audio with simple visual loops, stills or a thumbnail. You DO NOT need to create visual content if you're only an audio creator, you can use a single still image with consistent branding, or just text!

Ai image generation has become a popular tool for some creators when making thumbnails, but its really up to you. I would always reccomend supporting artists when you can, but not everyone has the funds for that right away Always make sure you watermark your content with your stage name or website

PornHub is one of the most high-traffic adult sites online, and having a verified channel can add legitimacy to your brand. You can even monetize your content through ad revenue but many creators use it mainly to promote their other websites

It works especially well for posting your free content AND teaser content that lead fans elsewhere to buy full audios. Its a great site to use to funnel traffic to your home base website PornHub Pros: Massive global audience,  Built-in monetization,  SEO-friendly with good discoverability over time, Great for directing fans to other sites

PornHub Cons: Very Low ad payouts unless you generate huge traffic,  Manual upload and content approval process can be painfully slow, Platform reputation has had controversy; some fans avoid it, Its banned in some areas and some people have to use a vpn to access it wch can be a pain

Other site to consider:

Audiochan - community-driven, simple to use, and perfect for getting your work in front of an audience interested specifically in erotic audio.

Subscription Based Websites VS Store Fronts (Pay Per View)

While some of these next sites are subscription-based you don't need to offer a subscription model to your fan base right away. And if you ask me, you shouldn’t. It's a lot of work to set up and comes with some extra pressure from your audience. You can still sign up for these sites if you can be consistent with posting free content there. Building up a fan base on different websites is your marketing tool (again, if you can be consistent with it. If not, choose one or two platforms you can be consistent on instead, you’ll have more success that way and can add in more platforms later when you know you can take on the workload) If you are new to monetizing your content; I recommend you start with a Storefront and NOT a subscription based setup. The reason for this is because a subscription based setup requires a lot more work and it's easier to launch once you've become a little more established. You need to constantly be updating subscription model sites and being present for your fan base, where as a Pay Per View storefront is a passive income model. Subscription models are a lot more effort than a storefront with a pay per view model.

Store Fronts (Pay Per View)

For new creators this is a less stressful way to start monetizing content. A storefront will still give you a great return in profit over time and is more passive than a subscription based model. The more audios you have for sale in your storefront, the more earning potential! It will take some time to build up your available products but over time the effort will be worth it. Especially if you invest time into specific niches The two main sites I use for my storefront are Clips4Sale and ManyVids, but you may choose something else that suits you better. It all depends on the type of creator you are choosing to be However, most of the popular platforms for selling adult video clips also work surprisingly well for audio creators. These are adult marketplaces where people shop for specific content, not subscriptions

These platforms let you sell your content as downloadable files (some may make you convert them to video format - you can upload your audio with a still thumbnail and your website link). You are the one that sets the price and they go up in the marketplace. You keep earning money passively each time someone buys. This is a low stress option for new creators who want to monetize their content and are looking for somewhere to start. It keeps the expectations from the audience low, because you aren't “promising” them new content with a monthly subscription. If you miss posting a new audio in a subscription based setup (fail to be consistent, which happens sometimes - life happens!) it makes your audience feel like they aren't getting the things you promised them. If you miss posting an audio with a storefront setup; there's less pressure from the audience because they haven’t already paid upfront for the content. They can purchase things at their leisure and you can take guilt free time off if you need to

🎬 Clips4Sale

One of the oldest and most trusted adult clip platforms, Clips4Sale is a go-to for creators focused on fetish and kink content. Though mostly used for video, there’s a strong market for audio clips, especially in niches like femdom JOI, humiliation, verbal domination (and more!) They actually send out newsletters about popular niches and trends every month

ree

You will need to convert your audio into a video format to make a preview clip, but you can directly upload audio files to sell. The preview need to be under 60 seconds, and you can use that preview to advertise the audio on other platforms like pornhub or X

Clips4Sale Pros: Built-in discoverability - they constantly market and promote the creators on their site, they respond quickly to support questions

Clips4Sale Cons:  High fees (around 40% platform cut; this just means you need to price your content appropriately to account for that - raise your prices! There will be a bonus chapter on how to price content) You must categorize content precisely, audiences expect detailed tags. Buyers search by kink, so clear labeling = more sales. Only pays out to you once a month

🌟 ManyVids

ManyVids is a more modern, user-friendly platform with a lot of features like messaging, tipping, fan clubs, live streaming and custom orders. It’s a great place for erotic voice actors who want a mix of passive sales and interaction with their fans You don't need to use all the features, but there are lots of options to explore! I personally only use their store front option to sell individual audios. I also upload my "free" audios as a downloadable option for $1.99 which is the lowest price you can set content to on MV. Manyvids used to allow you to share free erotic content there but recently switched to only hosting PAID NSFW content. You can still upload the "free" stuff there for the minimum price if you want to, but you should always have a link back to your website so someone can find the place to listen to it for free. Make sure to review their content TOS! They offer creators the option to use a subscription service too (fan club) and once you have a library of content; you can sell in bundles - which is handy if you have different fetishes you focus on. You can make a bundle of feet focused audios, cuck focused audios or whatever the fetish may be and sell them as a discounted set. I haven’t used content bundles myself but I have always been intrigued by it and may set it up one day! I also don't use the fan club option on ManyVids. For my brand, and my sanity; I would rather have low maintenance passive income store fronts so I only need to focus on running ONE subscription service. I can't stress enough how important it is to keep things simple at the start; and slowly add on more responsibility over time when you know you can handle it ManyVids Pros: Better user interface than Clips4Sale, Fans can “follow” you like a mini social platform, multiple payouts throughout the month, many options for monetizing content

ManyVids Cons: Many options for monetizing content (make sure you pick the one that is right for you, KISS!), You may attract some unwanted attention so having clear boundaries and being professional is key

Subscription Based Websites (Some Offer Store Front Options As Well And Free Posting Options!)

When will you be ready to offer a subscription based option to access your content? Great question. There’s a balance you need to find. How much content are you able to make each month for a subscription service? What are the “perks” you are offering to members and how much would you be comfortable charging for those things? The reason I say to wait on offering a subscription service to your fans is because it's an easy way to lose their trust if you can't keep consistently posting there. By only offering Pay Per View options for the first few years of your voice acting career, it gives you the opportunity to collect a back log of content to schedule for your patrons. This will help you ease into launching a subscription service if you choose to do so; because you’ll already have a backlog of exclusive content to offer. It takes the pressure off at the start and helps you get into your new routine. You should never take on a platform that you can't stay consistent with. Even though it's good to have multiple sources of income, you don't want to get in over your head too early. You want to create long-term success and job security. You need to build trust with your audience. You may choose to never offer a subscription service because the content schedule doesn't fit into your lifestyle and that's okay too! Success looks different for everyone, and you don't need to be using ALL the platforms - only the ones you can manage

💙 Patreon/Fansly/OnlyFans

These three platforms are among the most popular and profitable spaces for erotic voice actors. Each one offers subscription-based content, custom requests, and the opportunity to build a fanbase that pays to hear you. You do not need to be on these platforms to be successful (A Passive storefront is a better place to start in m not so humble opinion) but once you've become established, are comfortable with your schedule and have been able to be consistent with it for a few years; you can consider adding one of these sites to your workflow Fansly, OnlyFans and Patreon all allow you to post “free content” with the option to monetize your content at the same time. OF and Patreon don't offer much discoverability, so it’s better to invest time in posting your free content to Reddit, ManyVids and PornHub. It just comes down to consistency. I cant stress that enough!

While these platforms all serve a similar purpose (monetizing your voice work) they all operate a bit differently, and choosing the right one (or combo) depends on your content style, boundaries, and audience

🧡 Patreon

Patreon is great for creators who focus on audio storytelling, ongoing series, or more romantic/sensual styles of erotica. It’s technically not an “adult content” platform, but it does allow NSFW and erotic audio within limits. You’ll need to make sure your content abides by their TOS (just like with any site you choose to post on, are you catching on to the theme yet lol)

Many erotic voice artists use Patreon to offer monthly audio releases, create themed tiers (e.g., dom/sub access, behind-the-scenes, early access), share scripts, polls, or sneak peeks and build a loyal, paying audience over time. Patreon does offer a storefront option, but currently it's not available for all creators so don't create an account there expecting to only run a storefront. This is mainly a subscription based platform

Patreon Pros: Well-established and trusted by fans, great for creators who want long-term community building, subscription tiers let you reward loyalty, lets you build value over time (like a private club)

Patreon Cons: Content moderation can be unpredictable,  No discovery algorithm (you have to bring in your own traffic) Not ideal for extreme kinks I run my subscription service through Patreon but not all of my content is allowed there (as per their TOS) This makes it somewhat confusing for my fans if they are looking for specific content from me so I try to be VERY clear about this. Just because this is a “popular” platform doesnt mean its the right one for you. I launched my Patreon after I had been making erotic audio for 2 years and only having a storefront option. This helped me schedule content to patreon and ease into my new monthly content schedule. I highly reccomend this. Having a backlog of content to offer helps a lot when starting a subscription service. Plus, you'll have more success with it once you are a little more established and have built up your fanbase for a while

💙 Fansly

Fansly is becoming a favorite for NSFW audio creators because of its relaxed content rules and better tagging system. Unlike Patreon, it's built specifically for adult creators, so there’s no need to dance around language or themes

You can post fully explicit content (JOI, moaning, degradation, etc.) Audio-only or audio + visuals (even if it's just a branded thumbnail) Accept custom commissions and tip-locked content. I cant advise you on how to use this platform at the moment, because I dont use it personally, I just have a basic understanding of it

Fansly Pros: 100% NSFW-friendly, Some discoverability via kink and genre tags, Built-in free follower system (like a mailing list), Supports tipping, pay-per-post, and subscription tiers

Fansly Cons: Smaller user base than OF or Patreon (but growing fast), self-promotion will give you better visibility

🔥 OnlyFans

Still the most recognized adult content platform; OnlyFans allows erotic voice actors to monetize through subscriptions and pay-per-view content. I have used OnlyFans in the past, but I dont prefer it. They have some tighter restrictions on content than some of the other platforms and really bad support. The fees are lower than some of the others (they take 20%)

OnlyFans Pros: Huge user base and name recognition, Custom content requests and tips supported, Pay-per-post feature for bonus audios

OnlyFans Cons:  Less discoverability than Fansly (no built-in tags or search system), Audio-only content can get buried without visual cues, Surprisingly not very kink friendly 🔗 Don't forget - Always use your own website as your “home base.” Direct traffic there first then send people to your Patreon, Fansly, or OnlyFans from there.

Other sites to consider:

SextPanther / NiteFlirt – More focused on text/call interactions but great for voice-based services

Vanilla Audio - an audio platform that is focused more on romance than kink

In Conclusion...

Whatever platform(s) you choose, your audience won’t magically appear overnight. You need to consistently release new content. This is how you’ll find success.

Use a 1 to 1 ratio for posting. For every free audio you release, also release one as a paid exclusive. You can also post short audio previews of paid content to PornHub, X, Newgrounds, Etc. In these preview posts, you will always link back to your own website to make your audience find the purchase link though your masterlist Depending on your posting schedule, it could take you 3 years (or longer) to start seeing a good monetary return on your work. Everyones content journey is different, we just dont want you to burn out! If you are comfortable, Engage with comments, DMs (safely of course!) and repost other creators that you admire Always use hashtags and niche tags (e.g., #audioerotica, #femdomaudio) to increase discoverability. On platforms like Pornhub, Newground, Clips4Sale and ManyVids you want to max out the tags if possible. On social media posts (For example; if you upload an audio preview video to X) use tags sparingly and post the summary in the text with one or two tags and a link back to your website If you have the time; try collaborating with other creators for cross-promotion (Optional because making friends is hard, I know lol) Now that you understand how to anchor your brand, build your home base, and navigate the platforms available to erotic voice creators, you can feel a little more confident in coming up with a unique plan for yourself as a content creator Your website and masterlist will serve as your foundation, your free content will act as your marketing, and your storefronts or future subscription platforms will become your income streams

Remember: consistency builds trust, clear boundaries protect your energy, and choosing platforms you can actually maintain is the key to long-term success. Start small, grow intentionally, and keep directing everything back to your digital home base.
